Fair Service replaced my 27 year old furnace with a new Ruud 2 stage high efficiency furnace. They were direct about their price and did not charge any extras. Swift, tidy, capable crew start to finish

Just completed , April 2021, an electric HW Tank, NatGas Furnace, A/C swapout Rheem-Riuud components.

‘Ladies’ and/or the ‘Man’ of the house need not feel apprehensice about Fair Service’s staff running amuck. Focused and disciplined as what they are, and always to answer questions about the process. The house feels a little ’empty’ after they and their energy have left the premises.
Funcionally , everything is performing better than it used to nearly 20 years ago. Modern technology , a few clever retrofits, and all is good. Trust me/us.
